Description of the new characters:
Law Duck Nam
-As a leader he is cool, calm, have some similar good qualities of both Chi
San and Fei., smart, understanding, would not give up that easily, expects
highly of others
-Girls think of him as not a too interesting person, people find him boring
somehow, not too good with girls but is a very commited person when he finds
one.
-A big neat freak, can’t stand a site of dirt!
-Family migrated to NY, came back to HK for work.
-Meet Quin 3 years ago in NY and liked her but later realized Quin will never
like him so they authorized each other as God-brother and sister from now on.
-Treats Quin really nice and good, as a real big brother. Treats Sum Oaw
like he's her real uncle. Later fell inlove with Quin’s old schoolmate May,
who was later transfered into his police department.
Tom May Ming
-Is an orphan, suffered greatpain from the past from her former boyfriend
which still haunts her till this day.
-Smart, great mind in solving cases. Tough on the outside but is really very
soft in the inside. Somehow resembles to Fei’s personality(before he met
Quin).
-After an incident which changed her life, she became a cool, few words
person, serious, can't take a joke.
-Does not easily trust anyone, especially men. Consider Quin as her only
best friend. Only shows the real side of herself to Quin.
-Was supposed to be a psychiatist like Quin but under certain consequences
decided to join the police force.
-Had a short relationship with Chi San. They both decided to break up from
difference of personality.
-Later realized Nam is the one for her.
Connection/relations/info you should know:
-There is nothing between Chi San and Quin. The bar thing was just alittle
friend to friend conversation.
-Quin moved to NY 3 years ago. That’s where she met Nam. Nam lived in NY
for 5 years. They became good friends now(God-brother/sister relationship).
-Quin discovers she was pregnant few weeks later when she was in NY. Never
intended to tell Fei even if they ever will meet again.
-Quin had never forgotten Fei. She still deeply love him. But she will act
like nothing because she has determine to not let herself get involve with
Fei anymore.
-Nam doesn’t know the truth about Quin’s past cause Quin didn’t want to tell
so he respected her without asking about the father of Sum Oaw.
-Nam was an FBI agent but planned to tranfer to work in HK, mainly because he
heard Quin was going back too. Still has feeling for her.
-May was Quin’s school mate in college. They are great friends with each
other but lost contact after college.
-May’s past with ex was unbelievably a nightmare for her. No one knows about
it until onedays she reveals it to Quin.
-May met Quin back in the police station.
-Man still have feeling for Chi San but Chi San had decided to move on tho he
cares alot about Man.
-Man came back to HK after her teaching in China for little children and
became a real school teacher in HK.
-Fei for the past years had been with Chin Chin.
-Their relationship has become worse by day.
-Fei feels he needs time alone. He feels his so called love is actually
responsiblity after all these years
-Fei still loves Quin a great deal. Thinks of her whenever spear times come.
-Chin Chin feels her understanding for Fei has wore out and vise versa but
she is obsessed with Fei.
-Chin Chin realizes that Fei had not fully forget about Quin and shows
jealously and has plans to confront Fei someday.
- As Fei learned, Quin had flew off to U.S. for 3 years already (not long
after they broke up) and had never seen her since then.
- Again CC's personality didn't really changed that much after years. She
is still very tempermental. Now mostly because she feels that she is not a
normal human being anymore(the leg!) and it's not the same after the incident
with Tong Sing.
-Their problems have continuely build up more and more between these years..
-Chin Chin has build up an obsessiveness toward Fei. Wants to control his
every move cause can't bear to lose him again.
-CC, originally was a dancer so she continued her occupation even with her
disablitiy and taught people how to dance.
-Chi San still can't forget about Tong Sum. Often still go to the cemetry to
visit Tong Sum.
-He realizes his love for Tong Sum is mostly out of quilt and fault more than
love now.
